Start by naming it.

The hardest part is rarely the treatment. It is the stretch beforehand, when something is clearly wrong and you have no words for it yet. These five screenings are built on the same validated instruments clinicians use. Take one in a few minutes, and walk away with something specific enough to act on.

Choose a screening

Each one is scored entirely in your browser. Nothing is saved, nothing is sent, and there is no account to make.

How these work

Validated instruments, not quizzes

Each screening uses a published, peer-reviewed instrument with established scoring thresholds: the PSC-17, the MDQ, the EPDS, the DSM-5 criteria. Every page cites exactly what it used and how it scored you.

Nothing is stored

Your answers live in your browser's memory and disappear when you close the tab. No cookies, no local storage, no server. Results are only transmitted if you choose to submit the optional contact form.

Results you can hand to a clinician

You get the score, the threshold it is measured against, and what the instrument can and cannot tell you. Print it or save it as a PDF and bring it to an appointment.

A real person, if you want one

Every result ends with the option to talk to Guardian Recovery's admissions team. Optional, always. A call is a conversation about options and insurance, not a commitment.

What a screening can and cannot do

A screening is a structured way of noticing. It takes a vague sense that something is off and turns it into a number measured against a known threshold, which is exactly the thing that makes a first appointment productive instead of circular.

What it cannot do is tell you why. The same score can come from half a dozen different causes, and untangling them takes a clinical interview with a person, not a questionnaire. Treat a result as the start of a conversation, never the end of one.

These tools are not diagnostic instruments. They cannot diagnose any condition and are not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified clinician. Please share your results with a physician or other healthcare provider. Guardian Recovery disclaims any liability, loss, or risk incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the use and application of these screenings. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
